- I currently use an excellent program called "MIDI Packet Master"
- to send 8bit IFF samples to my Yamaha SY85 workstation over MIDI. This
- works really well, but I want to use higher quality samples. MIDI Packet
- Master is able to send any piece of data over MIDI, but when I send down
- 16bit AIFF or WAV files, all I get is crackle and hiss from the resulting
- file on the SY85. Does anyone know of a program that will send down these
- type of samples, i.e. 16bit 44.1khz, WAV, AIFF, etc, to the SY85? The
- amiga does not need to play back these samples to send them. Any ideas
- would be much appreciated...
